Binh Duong promulgates regulations on reception, management, distribution and use of money and goods donated to the Covid-19 prevention control

 Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No.1606/QD-UBND promulgating regulations on reception, management, distribution and use of money and goods voluntarily donated to the Covid-19 prevention and control (referred to as the rule).

Accordingly, the rule is applied to sources of money and goods that were voluntarily donated to the Covid-19 prevention and control, and is called by Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to support and contribute to Relief Fund. Organizations and individuals participating in receiving, managing, distributing and using voluntary contributions include: Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; organizations and individuals make voluntary contributions to aid in overcoming difficulties caused by the Covid-19; organizations and individuals facing difficulties due to the pandemic; organizations and individuals involved in receiving, managing, distributing and using voluntary donations.

Provincial Relief Board (under Provincial Fatherland Front Committee) is responsible for receiving, managing and distributing money, goods donated. To money, goods voluntarily contributed to the Covid-19 prevention and control have a specific address, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee uses Relief Fund's account opened at Provincial State Treasury and account at a commercial bank to receive money and goods; distribution of money and goods must be in a timely and reasonable manner, for the right purposes, to the right subjects, and be openly, transparently...
