Binh Duong province has more than 69,000 people vaccinated against Covid-19

According to the Provincial Center for Disease Prevention Control, up to now, more than 69,000 people have received the fourth shot vaccine against Covid-19. However, this is only the figure entered by localities on the Covid-19 immunization management system, the actual number of vaccinations is much higher.

According to medical authorities, people vaccinated against Covid-19 4 are people aged 50 years and older, people aged 18 years and older with moderate to severe immunodeficiency, people aged 18 years and older who are at high risk of exposure to Covid-19, including: medical workers, frontline officials, workers of industrial parks. Due to the limitation of groups receiving the fourth shot, it is impossible to compare the total number of people receiving the fourth shot out of the total population aged 18 years and older, but must be calculated on the total number of people at high risk. The whole province has injected 95% of the total number of vaccines allocated.

Up to now, the province has organized covid-19 vaccinations for more than 6.7 million people, including more than 2.7 million people who received the first shot, more than 2.3 million people who received the second shot, nearly 1.6 million people who received the third shot, and more than 69,000 who received the fourth shot.
