Delegates have gathered to discuss and contribute additional opinions to complete the draft agenda and resolutions to be presented at the 16th session of the Provincial People's Council, 10th term. Mr. Nguyen Van Loc basically agrees with the contents under consideration and also notes that for upcoming projects to adjust investment policies, it is necessary to ensure the correct progress, limit budgetary implications, and ensure the effective utilization of projects, contributing to saving and preventing waste. For the dredging project, reinforcing the Cai stream's water drainage function needs to pay attention to aesthetics, opening up urban development space in the future.
