Binh Duong provincial Customs’ budget collection nears 67.6% of year estimation

The total revenue of the State budget in the field of import and export from the beginning of the year to August 15, 2024, of the unit is over 11,352 billion dong, reaching 67.57% of the estimated plan for 2024, an increase of 17.18% compared to the same period in 2023.

In 2024, Binh Duong Customs Department strives to achieve and exceed a total state budget revenue of 16,800 billion VND. To achieve the budget revenue target, Binh Duong Customs Department continues to implement policies and solutions regarding customs procedures to facilitate businesses; focusing on preventing revenue loss, conducting post-clearance inspections, and avoiding the accumulation of import and export tax debts, continuing to strengthen administrative procedure reform and modernize customs, applying powerful information technology to all business processes to further shorten customs clearance time and reduce costs for enterprises.

Currently, the Customs Department of Binh Duong is processing customs procedures for about 4,000 businesses from 45 countries and territories operating in 28 industrial zones and 12 industrial clusters in the province.
