Binh Duong provincial delegation pay gift visits to people and forces working for epidemic prevention and control

In the afternoon of January 14, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the CPV Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and presented gifts for the 2022 Lunar New Year to the participants in Thu Dau Mot city. Joining the delegation was Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy, Standing Member, Head of the Organization Department of the provincial Party Committee, leaders of the provincial Police, provincial Military Command, departments and agencies of Thu Dau Mot city.

Attending the gift giving program of "Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims" in 2022 organized by the provincial Red Cross in collaboration with Thu Dau Mot city, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi shared some information on the province's COVID-19 prevention and control situation in the past year. On behalf of the provincial leaders, the provincial Party Committee Secretary sent wishes for a warm spring, good health and happiness to the people and wished them to continue to strive and rise up in life.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited, gave gifts and wished Vietnamese heroic mother Huynh Thi Nhon in Phu Hoa ward and Mr. Mai Thanh Chi, a typical elderly Party member in Phu Cuong ward. The Secretary of the provincial Party Committee expressed his deep gratitude to the contributions of socially previleged families and typical elderly Party members in the cause of revolutionary struggle and wished that the families and party members would continue to develop and uphold the family tradition to participate in contributing ideas to build a growing province.

Visiting the family of Ms. Duong Son Ngoc Hai, whose husband joined the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control force was unfortunately infected and died from Covid-19, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee sent his condolences to Ms. Hai's family to share the pain that the family is experiencing. On the eve of the coming New Year and Lunar New Year 2022, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee gave Tet gifts to Ms. Hai's family, encouraging her to soon overcome the pain of loss and  continue to strive and work hard to achieve her goals of a better life. The provincial Trade Union also gave Ms. Hai's family a gift.

The delegation also visited the force taking care of and treating F0 at home as well as medical staffs and on duty force at COVID-19 treatment area of Thu Dau Mot city, mobile medical station and community Covid Team of Phu Hoa ward.

The Secretary of the provincial Party Committee highly appreciated and recognized the efforts trying to overcome difficulties and the silent sacrifice of the forces on duty, actively contributing to the good control of the epidemic situation in the province. On the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year 2022, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee sent his best wishes for a healthy and peaceful New Year to all medical staffs, doctors and forces on duty and wished that everyone would continue to try their best and harder to fulfill the assigned tasks and join hands with the province to perform well the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic; at the same time, meaningful gifts were given to the forces on duty.
