Binh Duong provincial People's Council Standing Committee considers and gives opinions on matters within its jurisdiction

On the afternoon of July 10, the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Council organized the 30th meeting to consider and give opinions on matters within its jurisdiction. Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting was Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation.

At the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, reported on the examination of the application of land price tables for the period 2020-2024 and the land price adjustment coefficient (K coefficient) for 2024 in An Dien and An Tay wards (Ben Cat City) according to the proposal of the provincial People's Committee. An Dien and An Tay wards were established according to Resolution No. 1012/NQUBTVQH15 dated March 19, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.

The upgrading of the commune to ward status has led to difficulties and obstacles in resolving administrative procedures related to land for residents in the two wards of An Dien and An Tay, as there is no legal basis to apply land prices and land price adjustment coefficients for these two wards. The delegates attending the meeting agreed on the necessity of applying the price list for various types of land and the coefficient K according to the proposal of the provincial People's Committee, and at the same time discussed and provided feedback on some contents in the document.

In the concluding statement of the meeting session, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc agreed on the content of the recommendation document from the provincial People's Committee; at the same time, he suggested that the provincial People's Committee consider the opinions and suggestions of the delegates to improve and promptly issue the implementing document. Thereby, creating a legal basis for the implementation of administrative procedures regarding land for the people in An Dien and An Tay wards.
