Binh Duong provincial Public Administration Center includes various measures supporting the public and enterprises

In order to ensure timely, prompt and effective support, guidance and advice for people and businesses at the provincial Public Administration Center, a number of solutions are being directed by the Office of the provincial People's Committee for implementation in the near future.

Accordingly, the center will implement the following solutions of keeping on to strengthen and add volunteers, strengthen fostering and training on office culture, communication and behavior, update new regulations, and equip necessary skills to improve the quality of volunteers' task performance. Along with that, the Center diversified consulting channels, guidance on administrative procedures, guiding the implementation of online public services, compiling and distributing information leaflets and free instructions at the Administration Center.

The Center will be equipped with smart kiosk systems that can guide people and businesses to perform administrative procedures directly at the machines or guide to submit administrative procedures online with reception and returning of document results on 24/7 basis without the implementation of officials, civil servants and public employees in order to bring myriad utilities to best serve the needs of solving administrative procedures of people and businesses.
