Binh Duong Public Security: To thoroughly grasp up Party resolution

The keynote resolution of the 11th Party Congress has proposed nation development pathway in the new revolutionary stage to transform our nation into a basically modern industrialized country by 2020.

Under command of central government, Ministry of Public Security, and local Party Committee, the Party cell of Binh Duong Provincial Public Security has organized activities of researching, learning, and grasping basic contents of nation development program in the transitional stage to socialism.

 Accordingly, Party cell of Binh Duong Provincial Public Security has called up officials and Party members in the sector to grasp up ideology, guidelines, policies and decision of the Party regarding national security and armed force training in the new stage.

The party cell of Provincial Public Security also launched action plans to implement resolution of the 11th Party Congress resolution and integrate the same action plans for the 9th Binh Duong Provincial Party Congress. The action plans are required to be effective in practice.

After learning documents of the 11th Party Congress, local staffs have been better aware of pros and cons and challenges in integration stage.

To actively service socio-economic development and promote industrialization and modernization of the nation, Binh Duong Provincial Public Security is determined as a consultant for all levels of Party and authority to carry out tasks of security defense by promoting integral power of the political system.

As for security of the society, Provincial Public Security concentrates on consultancy for the best implementation of Directive No. 48/TW of Politburo and Resolution No. 09/CP as well as national  programs of crime fighting.
