Update: 14-10-2022 | 10:55:20

The Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology under the Ministry of Health has just issued the Decision No. 900/QD-VVSDTTU on the allocation of Covid-19 vaccine for the 176th  round.

Accordingly, in this round, Binh Duong has been allocated more than 12,800 doses of Pfizer vaccine, funded by Covax Facility. Subjects for this injection are children aged 12 years and over and priority is given to students in high, secondary schools and continuing education centers.

The province’s health sector expects that all these Covid-19 vaccines will be administered to children aged between 12 and 17. Among them, the number of children receiving the first dose is nearly 800. Nearly 3,200 children will get the second dose while 8,600 children will receive the third dose. The expected time to deploy the Covid-19 vaccine for the 176th round is October 15.

Currently, province-based schools are coordinating with medical units to mobilize parents to take their children to vaccination sites in order to get vaccinated against Covid-19; notify the time and sites of vaccination so that students can come and get vaccination fullly and punctually while carefully preparing material facilities, assigning teachers the task of support, ensuring safety for this vaccination.
