Celebrating the 65th anniversary of the "Small Plan" movement (December 2, 1958 - December 2, 2023), on December 11, Binh Duong Provincial HYPO Council coordinated with Di An City HYPO Council to hold Binh Duong Rising Generation Festival - save money, have fun being creative, at Di An C Primary School, Di An City.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 65 HYPO members who achieved the title of "Small Plan Grandmaster" in the 2023-2024 school year; commended 18 teams and 3 units for successfully implementing the program of classifying, collecting and recycling milk cartons in Binh Duong province. Di An City HYPO Council also awarded a small planning project - a board praising examples of "Small plans - Thousands of good deeds" and 15 scholarships for poor students of Di An C Primary School.

l On the same day, the Thu Dau Mot City HYPO Council organized the "Small Plan - Big Meaning" Festival for the 2023-2024 school year.

At the program, 4 individuals received certificates of merit awarded by Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee for their outstanding achievements in HYPO work and the city's children's movement in the 2022-2023 school year. The City HYPO Council awarded the title of Small Planning Master for the 2022-2023 school year to 30 HYPO members and children with outstanding achievements in participating in the small planning movement for the 2022-2023 school year.

At the same time, awards were given to the beautiful photo contest themed "Sunflowers in the schoolyard" and the creative products "Fun to learn". The City HYPO Council also coordinated with some units to award 15 scholarships worth 15 million VND to students having difficult circumstances...
