For the national target on new rural construction implemented well, the local authorities at all levels have always attached special importance to the propaganda work. Province-based press agencies have teamed up with sectors and departments to speed up dissemination of information about the program.

After more than two years, the province’s new rural construction program has been implemented effectively. Five pilot communes for the new rural construction program is urgently completing their plans while the remainders are implementing the program on schedule.

Possibly speaking, the new rural construction program has comprehensively changed the socio-economic face of Binh Duong’s rural region. The lives of people in the rural region have been improved considerably. In addition to the efforts by authorities at all levels and  people, the above results have came from the great contributions of the local press agencies in the propaganda work.

In a bid to speed up dissemination of information about the new rural construction program, Binh Duong Radio-Television Station has made many special columns and reportages with contents regarding new rural construction, namely “Agriculture and rural region”, “Meeting with farmers”…

Binh Duong Daily has also actively got involved in the propaganda work with hundreds of writings lively reflecting the implementation of the new rural construction program across the province. Especially, Binh Duong Daily has built up a special column on “New rural construction” with many writings analyzing and assessing about the reasons leading to the current shortcomings while reflecting good ways in the implementation of the programs in localities.

Many writings also mentioned exemplary role-models in the rural new construction program over the past time. Meanwhile, many others emphasized hurdles of localities in the process of realizing the program, helping them get better results. The general results of localities were also reflected via many writings.

In general, writings made by province-based press agencies have contributed to promote dissemination of information about the Party and State’s policies, guidelines on the new rural construction program. They have also contributed to creating a bridge between authorities at all levels and people for the goal of building up Binh Duong’s modern and civilized rural region.

Vu Hai Ly, Chairman of Tan Hiep communal People’s Committee in Phu Giao district said that Binh Duong Daily has contributed to helping the local people know more about the goal and significance of the new rural construction program. Meanwhile, Pham Van Hoang, Chairman of Bach Dang communal People’s Committee hoped that Binh Duong Daily would make more writings on exemplary role-models in the implementation of the new rural construction program…
