Accordingly, the province’s Youth Union branches need to strengthen the management and use of State assets; have a thorough grasp of thrift in spending; especially save costs on electricity, water, petrol…at maximum level. Implementation of the Government’s Resolution No.11 needs to closely connect with the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign on thrift practice.

 

 The province’s Youth Union branches also need to mobilize their cadres and members to well realize the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” while cooperating with relevant agencies to boost the information dissemination about the policies of the Party and State, the contents of the Government’s Resolution No.11, especially those pertaining to financial-monetary fields, policies on social welfare… and the province’s plan to realize the Resolution No.11.

Leaders of provincial Youth Union have also required its departments and units to take initiative in saving additional 10% of the regular spending in 2011’s State budget estimation for the remaining nine months of this year.

 With the spirit of “Tiet kiem la quoc sach” (Saving is the national policy), Youth Union members need to seriously realize the Government’s Resolution No.11 while mobilizing their families and friends to work together to implement it, which will greatly contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.
