Binh Duong selects October 10 as Digital Transformation Day

Provincial People's Committee has issued the Decision No. 739/QD-UBND on the implementation of the "Digital Transformation Day of Binh Duong Province". Accordingly, Binh Duong chooses October 10 every year as "Binh Duong provincial Digital Transformation Day".

Binh Duong provincial Digital Transformation Day is held annually to speed up the implementation of the province's digital transformation tasks, effectively implementing provincial Digital Transformation plan for the 2021-2025 period, with orientations to 2030; raising public awareness of the role, meaning and benefits of digital transformation; promoting the participation of the whole political system, synchronous actions at all levels and the participation of the whole people to ensure the success of the local digital transformation.

Provincial People's Committee has assigned provincial Department of Information and Communications to coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to develop specific plans for implementation; guide and direct the implementation of communication activities on the provincial Digital Transformation Day to ensure practicality, efficiency, saving and compliance with regulations. Based on  the plans and instructions of provincial People's Committee, Department of Information and Communications, current regulations and their actual conditions, agencies, units and localities need to be proactive to appropriately make communication activities on the annual Digital Transformation Day.
