At the session, leader of provincial Department of Finance reported on the local estimated State budget revenue and expenditure for 2023, and estimates of State budget revenue and expenditure for 2024. Accordingly, in 2024, the province’s total State budget revenue from socio-economic development will be VND71.6 trillion. Domestic revenue will be VND48trillion. Revenue from export and import will be VND 16.8trillion and revenue from the project of exploiting resources from land to spend on basic construction will be more than VND 6.72 trillion. Delegates also heard a report on the draft report on the legal resolution stipulating policies on attracting, training human resources and improving their quality; support policies for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the health sector, full-time students studying nursing and midwifery in the province; the draft decision on household and individual budget levels, service prices for collecting, transporting and treating household solid waste of organizations paying for waste collection, transportation and treatment in the province.
Leader of provincial Department of Education and Training presented a draft decision to amend and supplement a number of articles of the regulation on extra teaching and learning issued together with provincial People's Committee’s Decision No. 54/2012-QDUBND dated December 14. 12-2022 under the shortened order and procedures, with a number of articles related to tutoring outside of school abolished.
After hearing contributions by the delegates, Mr. Minh basically agreed on the content of the draft reports of the departments, committees and sectors presented at the session while noting that waste collection and treatment fees need to be set appropriately, paying attention to improving service quality.
