Binh Duong surpassed 15 ranks of ICT Index

The Information Technology and Communication Industry Agency - Ministry of Information and Communication in coordination with the Vietnam Computer Association has just announced the Ranking of the Readiness Index for the Development and Application of Information Technology and Communication in Vietnam in 2023 (ICT Index). Accordingly, Binh Duong province has climbed 15 places on the ICT Index Ranking.

Specifically in 2022, Binh Duong province ranked 23rd out of 63 provinces and cities. In 2023, Binh Duong province ranked 8th out of 63 provinces and cities, jumping 15 places compared to 2022.

The annual ICT Index report provides assessments and rankings on the readiness for development and application of information and communication technology. The rankings are based on data collected from ministries, government agencies, provincial and central cities, economic corporations, state-owned enterprises, and commercial banks.
