Binh Duong wins silver medal at Southeast Asian bodybuilding & fitness champs

At the 2019 Southeast Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships held in Myanmar, four athletes, namely Nguyen Van Minh, Huynh Trong Huu, Le Trung Chinh and Tu Ngoc Nam came from southern Binh Duong province.

As a result, Tu Ngoc Nam excellently grasped a silver medal in the men’s 80kg-weight category. This was a chance for Binh Duong’s bodybuilders to improve their skills for the next tournaments.

It is known that the province’s bodybuilding movement has reached vigorous development, contributing to promoting this sport.
