Early August 18, provincial Youth Federation organized a "Youth Day of Action" program to implement the Resolution of the 8th provincial Youth Federation congress for the 2024-2029 tenure.
At the program, President of provincial Youth Federation launched the initiative for Binh Duong Youth Day of Action to implement the Resolution of the 8th provincial Youth Federation congress for the 2024-2029 tenure. Additionally, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee signed a cooperation program with provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement national target programs for new-style rural development in the province, including a pilot project to build a Smart Village in Tan Uyen city’s Bach Dang commune and several other localities during the 2024-2025 period.
Also at the event, provincial Youth Federation, in collaboration with the Executive Board of provincial Buddhist Sangha, presented 100 gifts worth VND50 million, comprising of essential items, to disadvantaged youth; held the awards ceremony of the group dance competition and presented certificates to outstanding volunteers participating in activities celebrating the congress. Provincial Support Center for Young Workers issued a decision to establish the 44th Young Workers Connection Club within enterprises in Thu Dau Mot city.
After the launch ceremony, provincial Youth Federation organized such various activities as visiting and offering gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers and policy beneficiary families; conducting a "For a Green Binh Duong" journey by planting trees, donating stone benches and industrial trash bins to its branches, lodging facilities…
*On the same morning, Thu Dau Mot city’s Youth Union and Youth Federation organized meaningful activities such as visiting, encouraging and giving gifts worth VND 8 million for members and young workers with difficult circumstances in Phu My ward. The Young Entrepreneurs' Association of Thu Dau Mot city and Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Co., Ltd. jointly supported the construction of a charity house worth VND 80 million for a needy youth.
*In Dau Tieng district, the local youngsters have got involved in various activities such as offering incense at the Revolutionary Base of Vuon Trau; presenting 20 gifts to young workers at the Khmer youth sub-union in An Lap commune; giving 20 gifts for people in need at the Cham village; donating 100 breeding chickens to ethnic minority youth for economic development; offering 2 scholarships to the offspring of young workers with difficult circumstances…
