On the afternoon of March 28, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee convened a meeting and dialogue between its leaders and the youth of 2025, centered on the theme "The Role of Young People in Digital Transformation and Economic Development." Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the dialogue. The event also featured the participation of department heads, representatives from various branches and unions, as well as over 300 officials from the Youth Union, union members, and distinguished young individuals representing nearly 1 million youth across the province.

During the program, numerous Youth Union officials, members, and young individuals posed inquiries to provincial leaders regarding digital transformation and the development of the digital economy. Questions included mechanisms and policies for training youth volunteers to advance the community's digital transformation in alignment with Resolution 57-NQ/TW, strategies and solutions to enhance infrastructure and ensure stable network connectivity to effectively support the digital transformation process, and preferential policies to assist startups established by young people in technology and digital content sectors (such as blogs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

During the program, Mr. Bui Minh Tri underscored that in the near future, the province will persist in making substantial investments in digital infrastructure, ensuring that young individuals have optimal conditions to access technology. Telecommunications networks, high-speed internet, and digital startup support centers will be further enhanced. Concurrently, the province will explore and implement financial assistance programs and investment funds tailored specifically for youth, facilitating the realization of their innovative concepts.

Simultaneously, the province will collaborate with major enterprises and technology firms to implement digital skills training programs, provide career guidance, and generate job opportunities for youth in the areas of information technology, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, it will advance administrative reform and develop a digital government to foster a more conducive environment for young individuals to engage in socio-economic activities.
