Binh Duong's main export items grow

In the first 8 months of 2024, Binh Duong's export turnover reached US$22.4 billion, an increase of 11.3% over the same period in 2023; of which the domestic economic sector exported US$4.2 billion, the FDI sector exported US$18.2 billion. Binh Duong's main export items all recorded growth. Namely, wood exports reached US$4.2 billion, up about 24.3%; textiles and garments reached more than US$2 billion, up 7.7%; leather shoes increased by 15.1%. Besides, exports of computers and electronic products also recovered well. The main export markets of enterprises in Binh Duong include the US, European Union, Canada, South Korea, Australia, and Japan.
