Blood donation for mankind life

Annually, workers of Dau Tieng Rubber Company join eagerly in voluntary blood donation campaign in early year. Names including Pham Trung Nhan of Long Hoa rubber plantation, Tran Trung Dac of Phan Van Tien rubber plantation and so on are familiar with technicians who collect blood, because they join in the campaign for over 14 times.

Nguyen Thi Dao, chairwoman of the company Red Cross, said voluntary blood donation has become a traditional activity of the company. In this year the company has over 1,000 blood donors. The company Red Cross has so far set up 16 voluntary blood donation teams including 853 people and 17 reserve blood donation teams with 177 members.

To reach the achievement, the company has spurred promulgation to the company workers and held excursions for blood donors.

Thenceforth, the company blood donation movement has lured participation of numerous workers. Cao Van Bang in Tran Van Luu rubber plantation who has joined in the movement for 7 times, said “Blood donation is a significant deed and helps many people”.

By charity, workers of rubber plantations have contributed to donate their blood drops for other people’s life. Their deed deserves honor.
