Blood donors honored

Di An town’s Red Cross Society, on June 17, held a conference to review its voluntary blood donation task for 2010 and honor blood donors in 2011.

 

The town’s voluntary blood donation task last year brought practical effects and received strong response from the local people. In the last three stages of voluntary blood donation, the town’s Red Cross Society mobilized locals to donate 442 units of blood, contributing to help save lives of patients.

 

On World Day to Honor Blood Donors, June 14, Di An town’s Red Cross Society honored 112 individuals who have given their blood  three times and above.
