Bo La rubber plantation kicks off 2012 competition for good workers

Bo La rubber plantation has just organized the 2012 competition for good workers with two contents: theory and practice.

This year’s competition absorbed the participation of 9 teams and 54 candidates representing 572 workers of the whole plantation. Finally, there were 5 units and 6 individuals winning prizes at the competition.

According to leaders of the plantation, this competition aims to sort out the best individuals for higher-level competitions and contribute to increasing labor productivity, helping the plantation fulfill its production plan for the rest of 2012.
