Book festival held
On the Vietnam Book Day 2019, Thu Dau Mot city’s Cultural-Sports Center has just organized a book festival at Phu Hoa primary school.
At the festival, pupils had a chance to take part in contests on reading books, arranging theme-based books …, helping them and teachers know more about the importance of books. Delegates also had talks about the importance of reading books. In addition, pupils with excellent performance at the festival were given gifts from the organizers.
*An Dien primary school in Ben Cat town has also just implemented a “friendly library” and “reading culture” model for pupils.
The model aims to help pupils form up their reading habit, creating a healthy school environment and develop reading skills among them.
