Bright flags, flowers to welcome 13th National Party Congress

The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, one of the most important events of the country will take place in the capital city of Hanoi from January 25 to February 2, 2021. During these days, main streets across the country are adorned with flags, flowers, large posters and banners, bringing a vibrant ambience to welcome the political event.

The National Convention Center is ready for the opening day of the 13th National Party Congress with the attendance of 1,587 delegates representing nearly 5.2million Party members nationwide. Up to now, the propaganda decoration for the 13th National Party Congress has been basically completed. Streets leading to the National Convention Center are adorned with national, Party flags, colorful flowers, banners and slogans, bringing a vibrant ambience to welcome the political event…

Also in Ha Noi capital, decorations and preparations for the event are complete in all districts, major locations, streets, and at the headquarters of centrally-run and Ha Noi agencies. According to statistics, around 400 banners, slogans are hung around the Ba Dinh Square to celebrate the 13th National Party Congress. Many exhibitions on the history of the Party, Ha Noi capital’s culture are also organized on this occasion. In addition, major works are inaugurated to set achievements in celebration of the political event.

Propaganda activities aims to raise public awareness of the significance and importance of the 13^th National Party Congress while encouraging the entire Party, people and army to bring into full play the spirit of patriotism, contributing to the success of the political event.

The jubilant atmosphere to welcome the 13^th National Party Congress is seen everywhere in Binh Duong province. Along with decorations, province-based agencies and units are very excited to implement practical revolutionary actions.
