The province’s program of “Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas” has been implemented deeply and widely. The number of market-days “Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas” in 2013 has increased to 15 from 8 in 2012.

With such significant activities as selling goods with discount, presenting gifts to people with difficulties, organizing art shows…, these market-days have not only been the selling and buying of goods, but also become a spiritual cultural activity that is always expected by people in the rural region of the province.

According to representatives of enterprises regularly participating the market-days “Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas”, this is an important distribution in the current difficult period, helping them solve inventory items, stabilize production and business.

Present at most market-days “Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas” organized in the province, Nguyen Tan Loc, Vice-Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee said: “When participating the program of Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas”, enterprises contribute to best meeting customers’ demand for goods quality and price while creating an opportunity for competitiveness in the difficult economic period. When giving priority to using Vietnamese goods, customers express their patriotism, contributing to taking demand-stimulating measures, greatly contributing to the local economic development”.

According to provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Tran Thanh Liem, the local functional agencies need to speed up dissemination of information about the price stabilization program for better results. They also need to mobilize more enterprises to take part in the program and promote mobile sale trips in the remote areas of the province…

Meanwhile, provincial Women’s Union Vice-Chairwoman Dang Thi Mong Huyen said that each member plays an important role in taking care of their families via meals and is responsible for shopping... Hence, provincial Women’s Union and its affiliates have actively mobilized members to implement the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”. Enterprises also need to manufacture hi-quality products with reasonable price and good distribution channels…
