Update: 23-12-2011 | 00:00:00

Together with the campaigns of “Two noughts” and “Each teacher sets a bright example about morals, self-learning and creativeness”, the movement of “Building up friendly schools, producing active pupils” launched by the Ministry of Education and Training has brought effectiveness, contributing to enhancing the quality of education in Binh Duong province.

After three year-implementation of the “Building up friendly schools, producing active pupils” movement, province-based schools have made a lot of obvious changes, contributing to improving the local quality of education. Regarding material facilities, many schools herein have been built and upgraded spaciously, beautifully and safely. Hoa Cuc 1 preschool in Thuan An town is one of the greenest, cleanest and nicest preschools in the province.

All province-based schools have so far implemented the movement. After three years of implementing the campaign, the whole sector has achieved many positive changes. For example, all units have grown ornamental trees; educational environment has been improved; pupils have became more creative and learnt to apply knowledge studied when making tests at school, better developed their living skills…

However, there have been still some shortcomings in the process of realizing the movement. Some schools in the remote region of the province have still been weak in terms of material facilties while others have not attached special importance to moral education in pupils…

Tran Hieu, deputy director of provincial Department of Education and Training said that Binh Duong’s education and training sector is now under positive changes with the quality of education improved. But, together with the country’s education sector, Binh Duong’s education sector has faced many throny issues for change such as school violence, pupils’laziness…The movement of “Building up friendly schools, producing active pupils” has over time contributed to improving the above situation and enhancing the local quality of education.

To futher promote the movement, in addition to the investment of the provncial authorities and education sector, province-base schools need to create a good educational environment. Teachers also need to improve their knowledge and teaching ways, contributing to enhancing the local quality of education.
