A survey for CEOs under the top 500 biggest businesses in the world shows that 75% of company’s value lies in invisible asset of human and organization capitals, exclusive technology equipment, scope or property. The human capital of businesses is considered as a crucial factor for success and an essential consequence for developing and improving capacity of human resources.

Most of businesses in Vietnam are developed from individual business model with a small scope and shortage of experience. In addition, they have lacked administration systems of finance, human resources, production, supply and so on. These shortages have easily triggered many obstacles in managing and setting out proper business decisions. Some Vietnamese businesses in the last period paid much attention to production and business or market expansion but development of human resources system.

What measures should be set out to improve these problems?

Firstly, business leaders should comprehend strong and weak points, capacity of employee staff. In addition, business leaders should enhance efficiency of business operation by optimizing their sources, making impetus for employees to uphold their capacity.

Why do intermediate and advanced managers leave businesses?

As for intermediate and advanced managers, their biggest concern lies in working environment and promotion. These are related to business culture, so business leaders should pay much attention. Therefore, if without effective usage or talent promotion, they will leave businesses. Another problem is that it is necessary to have a proper structure of human resources to use their strong points properly.

Why do employee staff arise conflicts of behaviour? What should we do to solve this problem effectively?

Every one has a distinctive character and behavior and through process of learning and practice they will adjust their behavior properly. If business leaders make full use their strong points, businesses will minimize individual conflicts.

In reality, some businesses can not seek out strong and weak points of employee staff.
