Businesses at province-based Ips gain over US$3.3billion in export turnover

Province-based industrial parks (Ips) in the first half of 2016 absorbed additional 28 businesses or 40% of the year’s plan. The figure has brought the total number of businesses operating at the Ips to 1,130, including 388 domestic projects and 742 FDI ones. 

During the period, they reached more than US$5.19billion, US$3.3billion and nearly US$3.98billion in revenue, export turnover and import value, up 18.9%, 62.13% and 78.42% compared to the corresponding period last year or 52%, 55.1% and 72.4% of the year’s plan, respectively.
