Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document directing the installation, use, creation and processing of connection data about the IOC system and the "Digital Binh Duong" application (app). Provincial departments, sectors, mass organizations and localities have been ordered to launch a movement to install, guide and support people to install the "Digital Binh Duong" app. Provincial People’s Committee has also requested media, advertising agencies and businesses to support propaganda for the "Digital Binh Duong" app on advertising screens, disseminate and guide people how to install the "Digital Binh Duong" app in public places such as train stations, bus stations, parking lots, schools, hospitals, etc.
