Therefore, the investment in this project will contribute to the development of Binh Duong New City, thereby further tightening the investment cooperation relationship between Binh Duong province and Singapore partners.
Dung expects the project to provide high quality houses and apartments, bring a new source of vitality, be both friendly and smart, and become a worth-living place and settling-down destination for residents of Binh Duong New City and people living in the surrounding areas.
SYCAMORE is the first large-scale housing project (18.9 hectares) of Capitaland Group in Vietnam, with nearly 3,500 apartments, meeting the demand of about 13,000 residents. Total project investment capital is about 18,000 billion VND. To develop this project, CapitaLand cooperates with UOA Group (Malaysia).
It is known that CapitaLand Group aims to supply 27,000 apartments to the market by 2028. To achieve this goal, CapitaLand will enhance capital deployment in Vietnam and expand its development through strategic cooperation with reputable partners both domestically and internationally. The group will focus on large projects conveniently located in key markets such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong.
