Cashless street implemented in Dau Tieng

On May 5, Dau Tieng district’s People's Committee organized a campaign to implement the local cashless street.

Accordingly, the district’s People's Committee organized a beautifully decorated motorbike and care parade with flower flags and propaganda banners on Hung Vuong street in Dau Tieng town’s quarter 4B. This is a busy street with commercial and financial activities in the district. Along with that, district-based banks and transaction offices organized 40 motorbikes decorated with flags and flowers to parade through streets in communes and townships of the district.

The district’s People's Committee has required payment service providers to ensure requirements on infrastructure, applications, personnel, and users’ information security. Banks, credit institutions, payment intermediaries need to agree on the form of payment information and service charges such as full name of payers, full name of beneficiaries, reason for payment…

It is known that the means of non-cash payment include QR code (transfer - payment), website (transfer - payment), Mobile Money and card (POS), ready-built payment module.
