Charm plaza, a new urban image of Song Than

The South Korean Cham & Ci Group now has three investment projects in southern Binh Duong province, including the Charm Plaza in Di An district’s Song Than area, the five-star hotel and apartment complex of 1 ha in TDM town and the 4.2ha-factory in Tan Uyen district.

 

The group is putting focus on the apartment and trade complex project, also known as Charm Plaza with a total investment capital of US$200mln. Once operational, the complex with 6 blocs and 26 storeys will provide more than 2,700 apartments. As designed, the complex’s ground-floor and first floor are used for trade works and the remainders for apartments.

It is scheduled that the complex will be fulfilled after five-year construction. In the first phase, the group will start construction of the first bloc of the complex with around 450 apartments with 50-70sqm each, which will be completed in May ahead and be opened to welcome visitors.

 

According to Jeon Yong Ho, director of DCT Partners Vietnam, a legal entity representing Charm & Ci Group in Vietnam, the group decided to sort out Binh Duong’s Song Than area to invest the high-story apartment building to wait in front of business opportunities.
