Citizen reception and resolution of denunciation to conform with legal regulations

According to the assessment of the provincial People's Committee, during the first 9 months of 2024, the work of receiving and handling citizens' complaints and denunciations has been carried out in the correct order, procedures, and jurisdiction as prescribed by laws.

Specifically, over 2,800 meetings with citizens, with nearly 2,500 people being received, involving nearly 2,000 cases have been organized in the entire province. The resolution of complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections within the jurisdiction at all levels achieved a rate of 97.8% (1,385 out of 1,415 cases). Cases with a large number of complaints, complexity, and prolonged duration have been led and directed by the Party Committee and authorities at all levels to review and resolve in accordance with legal regulations and the actual situations in the locality.

Dialogue work before issuing a decision to resolve is emphasized, many cases citizens voluntarily withdraw their applications after being mobilized, persuaded. Especially in resolving litigation, the authorities are flexible in dialogue, combining with mobilizing support policies such as resettlement land support, housing arrangements, support for stable living expenses, building solidarity houses to help litigant households who are poor, households with stable living support policies, and end the litigation.
