Close Vietnam-Laos friendship
An art show celebrating the 70th Vietnam People’s Army foundation day (22nd Dec 1944 – 22nd Dec 2014) and the 25th National defense festival was performed by Laos People’s Army cultural and artistic troupe at the 4th Corps. The show made deep impressions on friendship, solidarity between the two national militaries.
The show had many interesting performances demonstrating unique culture of Vietnam and Laos. Famous songs imprinting on Vietnamese hearts, such as: Nguoi la niem tin tat thang, Anh cho em mua xuan, Bai ca nguoi linh bien phong, and so on, were performed by Laotian artists.

Images of the two nations being side by side to share joys and sorrows, fight against enemies, complete national liberation, and build up a new society were indicated through songs, like: Tinh nghia Lao – Vietnam, Lam Toi tinh doan ket Lao – Vietnam, Lao – Vietnam doan ket, …
Cham dances, Katu dances, and contemporary dance were performed lively energetically through people’s life beauties of Trieu Voi, which was s peaceful, beautiful country with many temples having ancient architectures.
Songs, dances, melodies performed by artists of Laos People’s Army cultural and artistic troupe affirmed and cultivated solidarity, friendship between the two countries. This was also an opportunity for Vietnamese soldiers and people to learn more about Laotian culture.
