Specifically , The local trade union has built a collective labor agreement with more favorable terms for employees such as: raising mid-shift meals from VND 15,000 to VND 17,000 / interest; On major holidays, the company awards employees VND 100,000 / person; support rice expenses for working up to 18 hours; give a gold only when employees work closely with the company for 5 years, 3 million VND when working closely with the company for 10 years, 15 years and 20 years; giving Tet gifts to employees on the occasion of Lunar New Year, each gift is about VND 300,000 / part. According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang, good implementation of the collective labor agreement will help workers get better working conditions, help build trust between employers and employees. Thereby building a harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationship.

Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, said that well implementing the collective labor agreement will make an important contribution to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises. Considering that this is a key task, an important way to protect the rights and interests of workers, therefore, over the past time, the collective labor agreement has been concerned by all levels of unions in the province direct, implement and achieve many important results. Currently in the whole province, the number of valid collective labor agreements is about 60%.

Continue to improve quality

However, according to the union level, the implementation of the collective labor agreement is still difficult. The number of collective labor agreements has not reached the set targets. Many collective labor agreements have expired but have not been re-signed. The reason is that employers do not care, create conditions, only focus on production and business activities. The superior union lacks urging and prompting. Besides, the support and guidance role of the immediate superior trade unions has not been regular, fierce, lack of urging and prompting. Even the provincial Labor Union has not had effective support solutions. Some collective labor agreements have been signed but not higher than the law. "Collective labor agreements that copy laws will lose the sense of care, so the terms of the agreement must be in good faith of the employer to the employees. The more collective labor agreement, the more beneficial the business is because if the employees are cared for properly, they will stick together for a long time, limiting disputes from the root, otherwise it will lead to many consequences,” Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh emphasized.

Therefore, the Provincial Labor Federation has determined its mission in the coming time to continue to direct the levels of trade unions to innovate and improve the quality and quantity of collective labor agreements. The content of the agreement focuses on practical commitments that are more beneficial to employees in terms of salaries, bonuses, job security, professional skill enhancement, shift meals ... These contents will contribute an important part to help the industrial relations work normally. Any problems that arise will be mutually agreed and jointly resolved, thus minimizing conflicts and conflicts of interest that lead to labor disputes. When workers have a comfortable, friendly and professional working environment that will contribute to increasing labor productivity, businesses will retain workers.
