Banh Beo here is famous for its traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation, from the process of making steamed rice cake, pork skin, and mixed fish sauce. Banh Beo here is white, small, thin and soft, not greasy. Banh Beo displayed on a plate to serve customers are also topped with some mashed green beans to have a sweet, fat, aromatic flavor as enjoying. It is often served with pork skin, herbs, shredded cucumber and onions. The pork skin of Banh Beo My Lien is also very delicious, made from boiled lean meat cut into small pieces so it does not feel greasy.

To have a delicious Banh Beo dish that makes customers remember forever and will definitely come back, "nuoc mam" (mixed fish sauce) of the restaurant is very tasty.  Nước mắm pha theo kiểu chua ngọt, không mặn cũng không nhạt quá, ăn vào còn vị ngọt thanh nơi đầu lưỡi. Depending on each person's taste, when eating, diners may add some chili into their cup of fish sauce, stir well with some sweet and sour pickles served on the table. Then diners just have to continue to pour the sauce over their dish and enjoy. Just that simple, but whenever having an opportunity to enjoy Banh Beo My Lien - a Binh Duong's culinary specialty, diners will remember forever.
