In the morning of July 24, the Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks celebrated the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnamese Trade Union (July 28, 1929 to July 28, 2022).

Promoting the glorious historical tradition of the Vietnamese Trade Union, over the years, the Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks has been doing a good job of taking care of and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of public union members and workers. The Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks has maximized its role of a representative in negotiation and signing collective labor agreements for more benefits to employees by developing labor rules, salary scale, and participation in supervision of labor situations, labor law implementation models etc. Grassroots trade unions join with enterprises to guide workers to enter into employment contracts. Up to now, the rate of signing employment contracts in industrial parks is about 95% and the full coverage of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies for employees.

On the occasion, the Vietnamese General Trade Union awarded the medal for the cause of building trade unions. In the meantime, Trade Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks commended 190 talented and creative workers in 2021-2022 while donating money from the Labor Support Fund to 6 workers with extremely harsh circumstances suffering from occupational accidents, diseases, and fatal illness; each case was given VND 10 million in cash. Moreover, 30 bicycles and 200 student backpacks have been donated to the children of trade unionists and workers with extremely difficult circumstances; 104 scholarships have been awarded to children of trade union members and workers with extremely difficult circumstances for their studying well with each gift of VND 500,000 in cash and presents.

* In the morning of the same day, the Trade Union of Thu Dau Mot city held the opening ceremony of the "Worker's Day" in 2022 to include a series of activities such as VND-0 market; 300 gifts given to people working in harsh situations along with many relaxing activities. These are activities that take care of the practical life of union members and employees while creating a healthy entertainment playground for employees after stressful working hours.
