To achieve the development goal of commerce-services as a driving force of the local economy, Binh Duong has taken creative steps in boosting the linkage between economic regions, infrastructure investment, and attracting high-quality trade - service projects.

To start from urban center

According to economic experts, although there is great potential for developing smart commerce and services, Binh Duong needs to create new breakthroughs from different directions. Dr. Nguyen Viet Long, Director of Binh Duong Smart City Office, said that increasing the proportion of trade - service in the new era is a prerequisite for fast and sustainable development, thereby promoting the power to support industry growth more effectively. Currently, three cities directly under the province, Thu Dau Mot, Di An and Thuan An, have great potential for development and need a new breakthrough.
