September 7, Department of Health signed a communication action plan to transform behaviors in fields of population and family with Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Education and Training, Provincial University of Politics, Provincial Association of Women, Provincial Labor Union, and Provincial Youth’s League.July 13, Provincial People’s Committee signed a decision to issue communication action plan to change behaviors in fields of population and family in the period of 2011-2015. Objectives of the plan are to promote propaganda, education, and communication to unify the society in changing awareness and behaviors towards population control and family.
