Community sense of resposibilities to removing obstacles for foreign investors

Afternoon of January 4, Vo Van Minh - Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee chaired a dialogue conference with foreign business associations in the province. Attending the event was Nagato Takahiko - Head of the Japanese Business Association, Kim Jin Woo – Deputy Chairman of Korean Investment Business Association, Chen Shui Shi - Branch Head of Taiwanese Merchant Association and hundreds of businesses in the province.

At the conference, the province informed about the socio-economic development situation in 2022 and wished to meet in dialogues and to create the most favorable conditions to support production and business activities of enterprises. The attending enterprises also raised a number of challenges and problems in terms of delays in granting work permits, problematic investment permits, temporary residence permits, passports, driving licenses, and traffic infrastructure and wished to have more land fund to meet investment requirements and expand development.

On the basis of responding to business recommendations from departments and sectors, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh affirmed that any issues within the province's jurisdiction to solve will, under Binh Duong every effort, accomplished to accompany the businesses during the development. In the coming time, the provincial People's Committee will direct all levels and sectors to drastically solve problems related to electricity, investment procedures, and to support businesses to solve problems so that businesses can feel secure in their production and business operations.

On the occasion, the provincial People's Committee also announced the Binh Duong provincial website of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese versions with the expectation of adding an official information channel of the province for the foreign business community to better access.
