The ones who contribute to the success of an enterprise are workers. Being well aware of this, enterprises consider workers as valuable capital. Sincere treatment, efforts to stabilize jobs, and constantly improve welfare are the ways that many businesses have taken to retain employees. Despite many difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and disadvantages in production and business due to the impact of the global economic situation, most businesses in the province still make great efforts to keep preserve precious capital of enterprises.

Job hopping is a daily routine for workers in many enterprises before, especially after the annual Tet holiday. The reason for the job hopping is because the income and welfare regimes of workers here are better than those of other places. In recent years, job hopping rarely happens because most businesses with a large number of workers are looking for ways for workers to consider the businesses as home. Stable jobs, improved benefits, sincere treatment, kind behavior... are ways that many businesses have made efforts to limit workers' job-hopping.

Taking care of workers is a regular job of enterprises both in good and bad times. Remember the days when Binh Duong was frozen to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic, despite losses due to companies having to suspend operations, many business owners and trade unions came to every lodging house to give gifts and encourage workers. Followed by a period of falling orders due to the influence of the global economic situation, many business owners have to rush and search for orders to create jobs for workers even though the orders are not enough to bring profit. They do everything just for the workers, because they consider workers as family and always worry about workers.

Empathizing with the love of business owners, many workers have considered enterprises as their home, always accompany enterprises. The fact also proves this that many enterprises have reached 100% of workers returning to work right after the Lunar New Year 2023 holidays, there were no workers changing jobs. Knowing that enterprise is the home, "rice cooker" of the family, workers also voluntarily participate in movements launched by Trade Union, such as technical initiatives and self-management in enterprises. From these movements, many initiatives have been put into practice to reduce working days, benefit businesses; security and order situation, assets of enterprises are guaranteed.

The advantage of workers seeing businesses as home, businesses seeing workers as family is clear. Protecting the house, contributing to building one's own house more and more firmly has been done by workers. The situation of illegal strikes, property theft, and fighting in enterprises is decreasing accordingly. However, in order for workers to consider enterprises as their home, enterprises must respect employees and consider workers as family. In addition to sincere treatment and kind behavior, enterprises must ensure welfare regimes for employees. This is a reciprocal relationship that both sides must strive to foster and preserve.
