Compassionate heart of kindness

Update: 31-12-2022 | 16:15:20

Caring for and sharing with the poor and disadvantaged people in society as deployed on a larger scale for Tet gift giving and generosity are regular jobs of all levels, branches and social organizations of the provincial authorities.

Promoting the national tradition and spirit of solidarity and helping the disadvantaged, Binh Duong along with the process of building the homeland over the years has always paid special attention to the care of the the underprivileged and the poor.

The province also launched the emulation movement of "Binh Duong joining hands for the poor - leaving no one behind" in order to effectively implement the poverty reduction program, develop economic models at the grassroots, help poor and nearly-poor households have the best access to capital resources for doing business; at the same time, mobilize collectives and individuals to contribute their efforts, wisdom and material resources to help households reduce and escape poverty sustainably. Besides, many other creative and practical programs and activities are maintained and organized regularly by the province along with the development of the province over the years have greatly improved the material and spiritual life of the people, making Binh Duong also a locality of no poor households according to central standards.

Joining hands to take care of the poor, the disadvantaged in the society, and children with special circumstances has contributed to arousing the spirit of mutual affection in the community. In order to bring a warm Tet atmosphere to the poor, in addition to the care and attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the Vietnams Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations have in recent days actively mobilized more resources in society. The "Tet of Compassion", for example, implemented by the Red Cross at all levels in the province brought thousands of Tet gifts to share with poor people and workers in difficult circumstances, victims of AO and orphans due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The provincial Trade Union organized a program to give "Union Passbook" and Tet gifts to the children of trade union members and employees whose parents died due to the COVID-19 epidemic; the "Tet reunion - Spring bonding", free bus tickets for union members, difficult workers in provinces to return home to celebrate Tet among others.

As Tet draws near, the care-taking of the poor, social protection beneficiaries and children with special circumstances have been concerned by the whole political system, organizations and business community. Therefore, despite the hustle and bustle year-end work, many community-oriented humanitarian activities continuously take place in localities in order to timely care for the poor to have a happy, warm and fulfilled Tet.

Meaningful deeds, greetings, visits and encouragements warm the less fortunate ones up, which is both a sense of responsibility and the shows of hearts and feelings of all levels, sectors and the whole society for those with less fortunate circumstances.
