Compensation, site clearance and progress of key projects promoted

Early June 5, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation chaired a program of provincial Party Committee to spend every Monday morning hearing the Party Civil Affairs Board of provincial People's Committee, departments, sectors and localities to report difficulties pertaining to key works, investment projects and industrial clusters in the province in order to remove them.

At the meeting, provincial Party Standing Committee heard leaders of relevant units to report on the progress of the belt road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh city at the section through Binh Duong province;  the belt road 4 in Ho Chi Minh city at the section from Thu Bien bridge  to Saigon river; Ho Chi Minh city - Chon Thanh expressway; upgrading and the project to upgrade, expand National Highway 13; projects under the 1,500-bed General Hospital; the progress of establishing industrial compounds in the province; the situation of handling procedures for non-State investment projects in terms of industrial manufacture, urban development, trade and services; obstacles of investment projects in industrial parks...

Provincial Party Standing Committee asked for leaders of departments, sectors and localities to uphold the spirit of community responsibility, discuss proposals to remove difficulties and to be determined to implement the progress of the local key projects, disburse public investment capital, fulfill goals on socio-economic development. Provincial Party Standing Committee required relevant units to speed up compensation, site clearance, resettlement, timely payment to people, ensuring the progress of the construction of the belt road 3 project; quickly complete procedures for the belt road 4 project in parallel with the implementation of the compensation and resettlement support plan in the fourth quarter of 2023; start construction for the belt road 4 on January 1, 2024 while commencing construction for  the An Tay river port project. Provincial Party Standing Committee also requested departments and sectors to advise on removing difficulties for the real estate sector to free resources and promote economic growth...
