According to the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Management Board, the Provincial People's Committee has tasked the Management Board with developing the Zoning Plan for the following industrial parks: Vinh Lap, Binh Duong Riverside, Tan Lap I, Lai Hung, Bac Tan Uyen 2, and Dau Tieng 1A. Notably, Vinh Lap Industrial Park has completed its planning assignment and submitted it to the Department of Construction for evaluation on May 14, 2025; the other industrial parks are currently in the process of seeking capital allocation for their planning.

The Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board has finalized the Master Plan for the construction of Bac Tan Uyen 1 Industrial Park (mechanical industrial park) at a scale of 1/5,000, which has received approval from the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 26/NQ-HDND dated April 14, 2025. Additionally, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 1110/QD-UBND, endorsing the Master Plan for construction (scale 1/5,000) of this Industrial Park. Consequently, the master plan for construction at a scale of 1/5,000 for this Industrial Park is now complete. Currently, the Management Board is preparing a report for the Provincial People's Committee regarding the relocation of enterprises in the Southern area and Binh Duong Industrial Park, as well as the implementation plans for industrial parks with investment certificates and the planning of industrial parks.
