Conference of key staff to implement additional personnel process

On June 9, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held meetings of Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and key officials of the province to implement the additional personnel process for Provincial Party Executive Committee, Provincial Party Standing Committee tenure 2020-2025. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the meeting.

The meeting carried out the personnel process to introduce additional members of Provincial Party Executive Committee and Provincial Party Standing Committee, term 2020-2025. The introduced personnel all meet qualifications and requirements of the Central and the province, have practical experience in their fields; in accordance with the orientation of staffing job and the provincial staff planning in the coming time; every year, they were evaluated by Provincial Party Committee as excellent completion of assigned tasks, have potential for further development in the coming time, are able to take on higher positions and responsibilities.

At this meeting, Provincial Party Standing Committee handed over decisions to Bui Thanh Nhan, member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, who resigns from the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and resigns from the position of the Provincial Party Secretary of Di An City term 2020-2025 to hold the position of Head of Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Committee from June 15, 2023. Provincial Party Standing Committee also handed over the decision to Nguyen Thi My Hang, Provincial Party Member, who stops joining Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resign from the position of Secretary of Phu Giao District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; to work at Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, to join and hold the position of Party Secretary of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee from June 15, 2023.

The meeting announced the decision of Provincial Party Standing Committee and decision of the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee to appoint Nguyen Khoa Hai, Provincial Party Member, Director of Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to Phu Giao District Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Phu Giao District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, from June 15, 2023; handed over decision to send Bui Huu Toan, Deputy Head of Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee to Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and hold the position of Director of Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for a five-year term, starting from June 15, 2023.

On behalf of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Nguyen Van Loi congratulated officials who have received appointment decisions. The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that these officials had worked in many different positions in different agencies and have always fulfilled their assigned tasks well. “The mobilization and appointment of officials is a regular job, both consolidating key leadership positions to meet current requirements and being a step to prepare personnel for the next term. The decisions given are also the trust of Provincial Party Standing Committee to the officials. The officials are requested to make efforts, try to do better in their tasks, continue to develop the spirit of solidarity and creativity, gather a contingent of civil servants under their authority, overcome difficulties, and be determined to complete well assigned tasks, especially in the current period with many difficulties, a part of civil servants expressed fear of responsibility, pushing and avoiding the performance of official duties. 

At the meeting, the Secretary of Provincial Party Committee also summarize the socio-economic situation, national defense and security, Party building, and political system construction in May and over the first 5 months of 2023, and posted some tasks that must be focused on in the last months of 2023.
