Conference on idea contribution to Deposit Insurance Law and Money Laundering Prevention Law opened

The provincial National Assembly deputy delegation yesterday held a conference on idea contribution to Deposit Insurance Law and Money Laundering Prevention Law.

The draft deposit insurance law includes 7 chapters and 39 articles. The law is to protect the legal rights and interests of depositors and maintain stability of credit organizations as well as ensure banks’ operation.

  Deputies contribute ideas at the conference.

Meanwhile, the draft Law on Money Laundering Prevention includes 5 chapters and 50 articles and stipulates measures of preventing, finding out and solving organizations and individuals’ money laundering behavior; responsibility of organizations, agencies and individuals for money laundering prevention; international cooperation in money laundering control and so on.
