Conference on studying and implementing resolution of the 11th National Party Congress started

Over 400 key officials of the province have attended a conference on studying and implementing resolution of the 11th National Party Congress. Addressing the starting conference sponsored by Binh Duong Party Committee, Mr. Mai The Trung, member of CPVCC cum Secretary of Provincial Party committee stressed on importance of approval of the documents. As the matter of fact, the Poliburo has issued Directive No. 01/CT-TW on studying and implementing the mentioned resolution as an in-depth political event.

 

He called for delegates to grasp the documents’ content and to concentrate on discussion about action plans suitable to localities, sectors and units. Of all are 3 action plans of high quality development in Binh Duong Province, urban development program, and quality human resources for the period of 2011-15.

 

After the starting ceremony, delegates listened to speech of Nguyen Viet Thong, Ph.D and General Secretary of Central Committee’s Theory on national build-up in transitional phase to socialism and Party’s regulations.

Today, June 23, delegates listen to political reports of the CPVCC, and economic development strategies.
