Office of administrative procedure control under Department of Justice just held a conference on training and reviewing administrative procedures with participation of nearly 100 specialized officers in charge of implementing the reviewing of administrative procedures under departments, sectors, and unions of the province. Specialized officers are discussing about reviewing administrative procedures on the sideline of the conference The conference was to help the specialized officers grasp up the processes of reviewing administrative procedures, groups of administrative procedures, and related decisions under Decision No. 282 of Provincial People’s Committee to timely discover and consult with local committee in the process of amendments and supplementation to be reported to the government, Prime Minister, ministries, and central sectors in a bid to review, supplement, substitute, dismiss, and terminate unnecessary procedures or procedures failing to satisfy principles of regulations and implementation.
