Construction of digital government and smart city strengthened

To contribute to building the foundation of a smart city, an innovative region, promoting digital transformation for the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030 and next years, Thu Dau Mot (TDM) city is promoting information and communication on smart city construction, implementation of strategies, plans for economic, cultural and social development in association with disseminating the Binh Duong smart city project; strengthening the leadership and direction of all-level Party committees and authorities in actively participating in digital transformation; disseminating the Party's guidelines, raising all-level authorities, socio-political organizations, people and businesses ‘awareness of digital transformation.

The city has also set up and completed regulations on the content, scope of connection, sharing and exploitation of information and data from social organizations, businesses and community in the internet environment; set up and issued regulations on digital infrastructure for digital government, smart cities and implementation roadmap; ensured that all projects on essential infrastructure investment are evaluated for suitability with the promulgated digital government and smart city architecture; promoted the application of information technology in the direction, administration, activities of people and businesses in all aspects...
