Consumer rights protection activities strengthened
Early March 14, provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnam Consumer Rights Day (March 15) in 2025.

At the anniversary ceremony, Nguyen Van Ban, Chairman of provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association announced provincial Department of Industry and Trade's plan on celebrating the 2025 Vietnam Consumer Rights Day in the province under the theme of "Transparent Information - Responsible Consumption". Accordingly, provincial Department of Industry and Trade has called for the active participation of State agencies, social organizations, businesses and consumers in consumer rights protection activities while strengthening coordination in disseminating legal regulations on consumer rights protection and providing recommendations to guide consumers in making purchasing and consumption decisions... Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association has actively engaged in mobilizing and encouraging businesses to participate in the celebration of Vietnam Consumer Rights Day on digital platforms and organize programs and activities to express gratitude to consumers. The implementation of activities for consumer rights protection will take place throughout 2025, with a focus on peak periods of business and consumption.
On this occasion, provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association awarded the certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in consumer rights protection in 2024.
